MDRRM: Starmall Alabang fire reached the fifth alarm

As per the Muntinlupa City Department of Disaster Resilience Management (MDRRM), Starmall Alabang in Muntinlupa City was caught on fire earlier this morning. The first alarm was announced at around 3:40 AM on Saturday, January 8. It reached the fifth alarm at 7 in the morning as per the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), when Task Force Alpha was instigated, requesting for more backups and response from several fire trucks. The fire was completely extinguished at 10 AM. As of the moment, the cause of the said fire incident is still under investigation as per the authorities.
