The Jollibee Group has yet again put the Philippines on the global scale by being the only Philippine-based firm to be named to Forbes' list of the World's Top Female-Friendly Companies.

Forbes stated in its article that it collaborated with market research firm Statista to identify the companies that are leading the way when it comes to supporting women inside and outside the workplace with their opening ceremony ranking of the World's Top Female-Friendly Companies.

“The list was compiled after 85,000 women in 40 countries were polled." Respondents were asked to rate their employers based on a variety of criteria, including pay equity and parental leave. Statista also polled women to determine whether companies use their platforms and marketing messages to promote gender equality or to perpetuate negative stereotypes. "Representation at the executive and board levels was also considered," Forbes said.

"We are truly honored to receive these global recognitions, which reflect our commitment to caring for our employees and providing equal opportunities at work, regardless of gender, race, or religion." These accolades motivate us to continue providing our best as an employer of choice, knowing full well that our best assets are our employees," Ernesto Tanmantiong, Jollibee Group President and CEO said.

"Our business strategy includes a People Agenda, which is distinguished by a people-focused culture, capable leaders, and highly engaged teams." We are grateful that, despite difficult external factors, our people have remained committed to our mission of serving delicious food and bringing the joy of eating to everyone." Tanmantiong added.

Jollibee Group ranked 197 out of 300 global companies surveyed, making it the only Philippine company on the list.

Previously, the Jollibee Group was named to the "Forbes' List of World's Best Employers for 2021," for the second year in a row. It is the highest-ranked company among only three Philippine-based organizations on the list.
